Cancellation Policy of Sechi Skin Clinic

Effective Date: August 2025

Our cancellation policy is designed to respect the time and resources of both clients and practitioners.

1. Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of £30 is required for all appointments.

2. Cancellation Notice
- Less than 24 Hours: The booking fee will be retained, and a £70 fee will be charged for rebooking.
- Under 3 Days Notice: The booking fee will be retained and will not be transferable.
- Over 3 Days Notice: The booking fee may be transferred to a future appointment.

3. Lateness
If you arrive late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your booking fee retained.

4. Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fee of £30 is redeemable against treatment costs. Additional consultations are chargeable and non-redeemable.

5. Health Considerations
Please disclose any health issues or infections prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and retention of the deposit.

6. Payment Terms
Full payment for services is due before treatment commences.
